I think you missed my question I wasn't asking about the phone support.
I am talking about the 1 year warranty.
Is it still under the 1 year warranty ?
When I entered the IMEI number, that was the message I received so I do believe the 1 year warranty has expired.
I've purchased this phone and the speaker sounds muffly like it's old or has a shortage in it, or maybe even needs to be replaced, Iphones are good phones and i know how the speaker should sound and the speaker seems like its halfway working, and also I can barely hear while talking on the phone. The phone volume was at its highest and I could barely hear.
Hi Jeremy, for the low volume on the ear piece, try going to settings, accesibility and look for hearing aid and turn on the hearing aid mode!!.... This might help you ????
