I don't know for sure, but I can check when I'm at work on Tuesday.
It is my brother's laptop and he always gets the latest version as soon as it comes out and always maxes it out, so I've got to assume is has the high end processor.

What's the battery cycle count? Why no charger? Warranty or AppleCare?
55 charge cycles. Warranty is till April 20, 2017. My brother in law bought a MBP Touchbar and kept the other charger so he has one at home and one at the office. Sorry.
