I do understand your concern for stolen devices, contractual issues preventing activation etc.. However I did a little research on RingPlus, it turns out the link you sent me is not only to verify whether you can activate said device but it is also the beginning step to activating a device on their month to month service. I am sure you can understand why I don't think that is a good idea for me. Swappa ensures devices aren't black listed by checking the ESN themselves, and I would be happy to go a little further to put your mind at ease if you can propose a different method of checking validity. Thank you!
You cannot activate the device wo creating an account. The link provided simply gives you a message if it can be activated on ringplus or not.
I understand. Yes it can be activated on ringplus I just ran the ESN and got this "Congratulations, your device (Apple, Inc IPHONE 4S WHITE 16GB) will work on RingPlus! You can sign up and activate your device immediately by registering below.
