I'm shopping for this phone to run LineageOS, and I will gladly purchase this if it's CID15.
Could the seller run "eMMC Brickbug Check" from the google play store, by
Vinagre, and report if this phone is CID15 or CID11 (first couple digits of the
code returned)?

Alternately, can the seller share the line above the IMEI number under the
battery. Is it 14.08 and lower (CID15 Samsung chip), or higher (CID11,
