If PayPal is denying the payment, 99% of the time it is because the buyer does not have a PayPal confirmed address as required by the listing (or is not selecting the confirmed address when paying). Other sales are going through fine, so it's not a problem with the site.

Not yet. I've bought several times from Swappa and would normally have the issue. It would pass after the first attempt. Still working on it.

I spoke with PayPal and it won't work over a cellular connection. Has to be fine on WiFi. I'll do it when I get home, but that's around 1 AM CST.
