This is a Verizon version of the phone. I'm not sure what radios/bands are needed for straighttalk. I'd recommend calling the folks at Straighttalk to find out if Verizon phones can be activated on their network before purchasing. I'm not allowing returns if you purchase and it doesn't work on their network.

I think she means does the phone have the "purple tint" issue with the rear camera, I was going to ask the same thing.
I don't see any purple tint issues, but you can judge for yourself. I've attached two photos taken from this phone above.
