Phone will come with all accessories I got with it, including the factory original box, charger, charging cable, and a 16 GB SD card. The only thing you will need is a microSIM, which you can obtain from any Verizon store or authorized retailer.

The phone will be delivered to you with a stock version of Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) for Verizon. For the record, it can be rooted if you're into that sort of thing. If, for you, a root is something you try to get when weeding your garden, then feel free to ignore the previous sentence.

Damage description

The phone itself reveals that the device has been used but not abused. The screen bears no cracks, but the bezel does have a nick out of it along the left edge. You would not notice it in a case.
There appears to be an obstruction in the 3.5mm headphone jack. A 3.5mm plug will not fully seat in the jack. This does not prevent bluetooth from being used for A2DP stereo or phone calls, so I have investigated the issue further.
