Just for clarity, am I correct that this is a new device ("new in the box") which is totally unused and has never been activated with Apple? If it has been charged, what is the charge cycle count? I also note that you indicated above that you will sell it for $840 but you have not adjusted the list price accordingly. Is it your intention to lower the list price?

This is listed as NEW resale, but the warranty does not match here. IF it were new, it would not have a battery cycle of 15 either, it should be 0. Just trying to make sure it as stated, and should be listed as USED in MINT condition. Swappa shouldn't this be updated? It's not really NEW!
