Maria, I received this phone today and there are excessive scratches, dents, and chips on the back and bezel. I asked specifically this question and you said there were none. I'm a reseller and purchased nearly 200 phones on swappa. I can't sell this phone at this price. I'm open to an adjustment on the sell price otherwise I will be returning the phone for a full refund. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you

I listed this as "good" not "mint" condition, according to swappa rules. There are no scratches that I would consider "signifcant." I would be willing to go $10 less but no more. Otherwise, feel free to return for a refund.
