No worries. To be honest, I wasn't sure how much communication here was allowed for in-person pick-ups. I've bought and sold thru Swappa before, and not looking to do anything to circumvent their policies. Just figured what with you being local, it'd be easier for both of us.

Gotcha. That’s so strange. I removed that before or a factory rest

After the factory reset thru iTunes (hold "home" and "power" until screen goes black, release "power", continue to hold "home" until restore screen appears...), it's letting me set up as new.

Kind of scary that it was so easy. Altho I'm imagining it would have been orders of magnitude more difficult with iCloud password.

Yeah, I can always reset it even with passcode but it’s kinds impossible to reset with iCloud locked. I been there lol.
I bought a phone recently with iCloud locked....
