This phone has been in the Otterbox Defender case since day one so there isn't a scratch insight. It's fully sim unlocked to work with AT&T, T-Mobile and any other sim that works on the GSM bands, you also get HSPA+ data speed on AT&T and T-Mobile, but T-Mobile has to be in a refarmed 1900Mhz area or you will only get EDGE. I haven't confirmed AT&T LTE to work because I use T-Mobile service but I know the HSPA+ bands work fine. Does not come with the box I'm really looking for trades because I already have two flagship devices I just want to try something new. I'm looking for a Note 2 and iPhone 5 on any carrier but Sprint. Also looking for a white Nexus 4, Xperia ZL, Windows 8x or Nokia Lumia. Thank you

Well the the median market value for the 8x is around 290 and mines is around 420 so it would be a big mismatch in price I wish you had accessories and what not to even the score I hate to make you add over $100 cash.

I'm not interested in an S3 i currently have an S4

It is great as a work phone. Very snappy and good integration with exchange outlook & messenger. Windows phone just isn't supported by the same level of accessories. (Radio, pebble watch, etc) as Android is. Plus I have too much data saved on my android phones. Just send me a message over on my post if you decide to give it a go.
