Hi, is this the i5 or i7? Also, if it is the i5 would you consider closer to $1,000? Thanks

It's an i5. I have some flexibility, but won't go that low in light of shipping and the selling fee (which will be roughly $80 together). The case is $80 on Amazon, and this model is currently running 1489+Tax for a refurb from MS.

Is the screen on this cracked or is it just the protector?

i think its just the protector. i noticed it after the protector was put on and i haven't tried to remove the protector.

I have the i5 256gb 8gb ram. Has a screen protector on it, comes with red keyboard plus an extra black keyboard. Still has the Microsoft protection plan until 2018

Thanks. I was looking for a 16GB, but could probably be happy with trading an 8GB at the right price. I think that version is going for 800 new with a keyboard here.

How much more are you asking for on top of the trade?

I think probably close to the differential, so about $400. I don't need the typecover keyboard if you will find that more palatable.
