Shravan, I can come down to 465, which gives me $450 after Swappa Fees, and my bottom line was to get 450 for the device. Let me know if that works for you, I can lower for a few hours to get you time to purchase.
Alejandro, I would not be able to know for sure without configuring the device, at a minimum from a google search it appears iOS 9.3, however again, being that the device is unconfigured, I would need to set it up to verify any iOS versions to be certain
Yes, you don't need to input any information just say no to all setups then when you get the info needed just erase iPad from settings
Alejandro, I had Apple Support do a remote diagnostic on the device before I listed it ( as noted in my post ) and I reached back out to support, they said that diagnostic showed 10.2 as the OS on the device, because it installs the newest OS available when being erased/restored.
