Can this work in other countries with other carriers? I need to take it to India
Yes, it will work on AT&T - in fact it was originally an AT&T phone. It will work in any country that uses GSM/LTE and with carriers that offer a “nanoSIM”. I have taken this phone on many international trips and it always worked fine.
As for the yellow hue, that is just an artifact of the photo lighting. The screen is perfectly normal in use.
