Hello! I'm looking for a replacement phone for my son. His was trampled on at a track meet and no longer works. From the photos I'm having trouble seeing the screen quality. Scratches? Also, do the charging cord and base work? And this phone has been used on AT&T? Thank you.

Kelly B. - The screen does not have any scratches and looks like new. The charging cord and the USB wall charger both work. The phone was used on ATT but has been unlocked so that it will work with any carrier. I must point out that the phone does not vibrate and has been that way since it was purchased 2 years ago.

Is the phone in a good and stable condition and can I pay $250?

The phone is in good condition and everything works except it does not vibrate. It has never vibrated but we just didn't take time to return it. Due to not vibrating, I will agree to sell it for $250.

How come you were not able to fix the vibration for the phone?

My wife didn't notice that it didn't work for months and then she kept putting it off to go back to ATT until all of sudden it's been two years so why bother.
