It is not bootloader unlocked right now, but I can unlock it if you want and root it. It is running 5.1.1 right now.

No, the bootloader is not unlocked. The screen has no scratches, there is a scuff on the back which is visible in particular light. I tried to take a picture, but with the reflection, it is impossible.
