Very good 32GB gray iPad pro 9.7 + smart keyboard + pencil + boxes + extras

This 32GB gray iPad pro will come with the Apple smart keyboard and Apple pencil. All are in very good condition, were bought by me brand new in December and come with original boxes. I am selling mainly because I don't use the iPad as often as I had thought i would.

The iPad has an unused lightening cable and charger unit. It is mostly free of scratches though the back side does have some scratching that is visible under some lighting conditions (see pictures). It has been updated to iOS 10.3.1 (most up-to-date), works and runs flawlessly, and will be reset and erased before being sent out.

The Pencil has an unused adaptor and extra tip. There are very little scratches (if any) from what I can see. I will include a green aftermarket pencil grip (it's magnetic and can stick to the iPad / keyboard, plus keeps the pencil from rolling around a desk), a pencil cap holder, and an aftermarket USB to female lightning cable.

The Smart Keyboard is also in very good condition and works fine.
