If I'm to ship it next day or 2 day priority the sale price would go to the full amount of $270 to offset the price of shipping.
2 Day priority is usually included in the price. If you agree to two day priority and can ship it tomorrow then I'll buy at $240 otherwise I'm out.

No, there are no scratches in the screen.
I tend to get 9-10 hours on battery but admittedly I only used it for light web browsing / reading. It does charge quickly however.
