Yes, The device is under manufacture warranty, which is a year long I believe. Should be good till end of this year. Should be transferable too. Probably have to call up customer support to transfer it.

@James T. - Yes, I bought it from Google Store when I signed up for Project Fi.

Sharon could you log into your Google account and verify when the warranty expires and that it will transfer... also Will you be including proof with the sale that it was purchased directly from Google? I'm veey interested

@Dustin K - The exact date of expiry is Jan 8, 2018. I just contacted Google and they assured me that the ownership of the phone can be transferred. I have the receipt of my purchase from Google Store online if that is what you are asking as proof of sale

Once the ownership is transferred to you by Google then there is no need for assistance from my side. You get full control over it. That being said, I can help out if needed.
