Yes the bootloader can be unlocked.

No, there are no scratches on the screen. Anything that can be seen on images is a fingerprint or lint.

Are you willing to trade? I have the Verizon Pixel and it's in the same situation as yours, I just don't have the original box. It was a refurb from Google and I only used it for a week, the whole time the case was on it. I'll throw in a fully functional LG Watch Urbane if you're willing.
