"Buy lock" happens when someone is trying to purchase the listing, but the purchase has not completed.

hi James, my mother, yvonne rose, just bought the other phone like this one because this one was under the "buy lock," which I am not sure how happened. She was on here for the first time. I have looked over the phone which looks great for her. I also noticed being an AT@T model, even same as this Verizon, there shouldnt be any problems with her at the Verizon store when she goes to get it activated with new sim card? this is her first smart phone. Input is appreciated thanks, anybody?
