This phone works great, no scratches on the screen but it has some on the back. All the scratches on the back came from the same incident, I didn't have the phone in a case and dropped it on its back. The phone suffered no internal damage, just some scratches on the back. Besides the scratches on the back, the rest of the phone is in great condition. One minor issue is that the charging cord sometimes needs to be positioned right to charge the phone.

I have had the phone for about two years. The battery is okay, it will last most of the day as long as you are not streaming movies or playing games on it the whole time. The charger issue can be easily avoided/fixed, you just have to position it right. It only happens when I am not paying attention when I plug the phone in.
