NEW, NEVER used or activated 5S, 64gb space gray (original plastic covers still on front & back)
This is a NEW - NEVER ACTIVATED/USED phone, but without original box. Apple gave me a new replacement device as the result of an unsuccessful repair, and I've never set it up or anything - so it fits Swappa's "never activated, rooted, or refurbished" condition but for the original box. The Apple store has some policy about giving a foam sleeve instead when you get a new device as a replacement for a failed repair, and I''ve kept the original plastic on the screen & back. I only switched it on once to take the pic required by Swappa, so there are absolutely no scratches or signs of use.
Because it was a repair replacement device from the Apple store, they didn't give me the actual box and accessories, but it is in brand new, never used condition.

Whatever they were giving out at the Apple store in the last couple weeks. I am trying to sell it in brand new condition so not doing the set-up where I can get into settings and see, but whoever buys it will be able to update to the latest version if that's not already loaded.
