Hi what is model # of this device? Was it purchased directly from Motorola or was there a carrier lock when you bought it. Also, are you the original owner? Is the device on a DPP (payment plan)? Thanks

It's been bought directly from Motorola, but not by me. I'm the second owner. There is no DPP of any kind, as it was paid in full.

It's carrier unlocked by default when purchased directly from Motorola. It's the Moto G4 Plus (Unlocked) the only version there is.
