Unlocked T-mobile Galaxy S5 Black 16 Gb. Used for only about 3 months (original purchase date 2/12/17) to tide me over until I could upgrade. This has been my personal phone. Phone is in excellent condition without any obvious scratches or scuffs. It has been kept in a case with a tempered glass screen protector since purchase. Comes Complete with original box, charger, usb cable, and unused headphones. I'll also leave on my tempered glass screen protector since it is still in good condition.

Clean ESN and phone is not on EIP (it has been paid in full and NOT on contract/installment plan).

Thanks for your interest in my listing. As mentioned above, the purchase date for the item was 2/12/17 and the box has a date of 1/6/2017, which I assume is the manufacturing date. So, I believe it should be under warranty until at least January 2018 (although I make no guarantees regarding this). The phone was purchased unlocked and so there was no unlock code. Yes, it was only used on T mobile.
