I can say that I have left each device I sell on standby mode (not airplane mode) and have lasted days. This means nothing running in the background. Battery life can vary among devices granted they are all used in some fashion. I can say though that I personally hand test every device and if the battery was bad, I’d replace the battery in the device!
Never and no this device has not be refurbished to my knowledge
Last question- If I ordered this and I live in Brooklyn do you think it could get here in less than a week?
