Hi Susan the phone will infect work for Verizon it was initially a Verizon phone. However it has been unlocked and will work for GSM carriers as well. So it will work for Verizon AT&T and Tmobile. The reason I wrote it wouldn't work for CDMA is because I'm unsure if it will work for Sprint and it subsidiaries.
I need to do more research. Totally confused because I read S6 Edge and S6 are CDMA which we need but most I found are GSM. Verizon is CDMA so why the phones are not is confusing me so back to homework...thank you!
The phone I'm currently listing is originally CDMA but it has been unlocked and will be able to work GSM as well. Which is why it will work for Verizon and the other carriers. Here is a link to an article.
