Is it possible to request an edit from the person who reviewed their experience? I only have 1 review, and I'm sure my effort and customer service skills surpass most sellers. The review I received was 4 stars, and the written review was 100 % positive. I shipped the phone the 3 hours and 19 minutes into the business day the order was received. The buyer found the phone completely met their expectations. I communicated with the buyer throughout the process. The tracking information suggests the phone arrived less than 48 hours after it was shipped. I'm slightly puzzled why they wouldn't leave 5 stars, especially considering it was important enough to me to add that request in my description. Thank you!
