It has a clean ESN, has been factory reset, and it is ready to activate. All buttons, switches, cameras, and speakers function flawlessly and the phone is in excellent condition.

The only cosmetic damage on this phone is a couple tiny scratches on its screen and a few nicks on its metal edges. See the pictures for more detail.
