My Samsung Galaxy S5 was lightly used in a case with a screen protector. I originally purchased it new at Best Buy.
Included: Original box, USB Cable, AC Adapter, 32 GB SD card, OEM Headphones, Case, Screen Protector. Retail Lollipop OC4.
Reason for sale: I switched to Consumer Cellular.

Damage description
Minor scratch on the screen not noticeable with screen on does not affect operation. Missing charging port cover and charging works perfectly.

Hi Richard. I'm sorry to say the cable and charger are not OEM. I can include OEM cable and charger if that will make the sale. I do have the original box but haven't found it yet. I will look around more and let you know if I found it within the hour.
