Hi Eric - the photo's show a plastic lip, flap tape on the upper left - is this an imperfection or is the screen protector just setting on top but not installed and just the tape from the new screen protector? I can see bubbles in the screen protector - especially on the bottom - wondering if it's installed that way and just can't be sealed down tight? Also - importantly - is the phone unlocked? If it is not unlocked will you unlock?

Hi Michael. Thanks for your questions. The flap you are seeing is just the cover that comes with the phone to protect the screen. There is no screen protector on the phone at the moment because it has the liquid glass. But the phone does come with a brand new, never installed Otterbox screen protector if you want extra coverage. There are no bubbles, scratches, etc on the screen. It looks brand new because it has always been covered with a screen protector. I just removed it recently to apply the liquid glass.

The phone is not unlocked currently. Works with AT&T only. I have no idea how to unlock a phone, unfortunately.

Thanks Eric - I am very interested and will buy this phone from you if you can get it unlocked. You would just need to call AT&T customer service or stop at a local AT&T store and they can unlock it since it's your phone and carrier. Hope we can do business.

I received confirmation that my phone can now be unlocked but it requires a non AT&T Sim card be inserted before the unlock code can be entered. If you already have a SIM from another carrier, I can supply the printed instructions with the phone. Let me know if that will work for you.

I think I can make that arrangement work and will try to unlock on my end. I'll "buy" in a moment. Please include unlock code and instructions in box when shipping.
