Andrew S. - I just got off a chat with Ting representative and he says this phone is fully compatible with Ting. He says all you need is a CDMA or Sprint sim and you should be good to go. Thanks for your interest.

Tiffany J. - Yes, this is a Sprint compatible Iphone 5, as indicated in the title. I'll think activation should be as easy as calling Sprint customer service and ask to activate a new phone.
