This phone is so close to mint. There are two super light scratches that prevent me from calling it mint. They are so light that you have to keep rotating the phone with the screen off and get the light to reflect at an exact angle to even see them and I can't even capture them with my camera. I kept this phone in a case for it's whole life so the body itself is flawless. This comes with a Spigen Neo Hybrid silver case and the original box. Everything functions perfectly on this phone. I babied this phone for two years and will miss it!

Absolutely you can root it. I was just indicating that it's stock. But the bootloader is unlockable. Yes this phone works great on att. That's what I used it on.
