Since the seller didn't reply I did some extra research concerning the glass being used on the phone. Apparently has to be removed by a professional. Kind of a deal breaker.
The glass that you're talking about it is not installed yet on the phone and it doesn't need a professional to install or remove. You can do yourself.
It doesn't look like it's in good condition IMO. The side looks like it's about to coming off or there's a pretty big gap in between. This should be fair condition.
