OnePlus 3 With Case + Charger!

This OnePlus 3 is in overall fair condition, there are no cracks on the screen or on the body, the back is also almost in perfect condition (since it's been in the case). There are several scratches on the screen and a couple deep ones, but they don't interfere with using the phone at all. All of the functions and buttons of this phone work 100%. I have a couple of questions:
Are those smudges on the screen?
Is the fingerprint scanner scratched too (it seems like it but its hard for me to tell)?
Is the price negotiable?

Yes those are smudges on the screen, but like I said there are scratches on the screen. The fingerprint sensor is not scratched, and since I just posted it today I am pretty firm on the price. Please let me know if you have any other questions, thanks!
