First time seller
I'm a first time seller, finally got approved, what do i have to do now?
Hello and welcome to Swappa,
Now that your device is approved for sale the next step is a buyer purchasing your device. When this happens you will get two emails. One from Swappa congratulating you but also will have a link to the private sale page for your sold device. It will have a big green button in the email. Only the seller, buyer, and staff can view these pages.
The other is an email from PayPal that has payment breakdown, name of your buyer, and their PayPal address where you are to ship the device to. Please see the follow FAQ links for more information:
I’m glad I seen this because I had never sold anything on here and this is my first time selling so had no idea that I needed to include the shipping cost in with the item. So I lost out this time. I wish I knew before I listed the price.
