Cricket- unlock
If the post saying unlock but has cricket does it mean that it is unlocked to all carriers? And if so can I use a network outside of the US?

Thank you for reaching out about unlocked devices on Swappa. According to our policy on unlocked devices, phones listed under the "Unlocked Phones" category must be factory unlocked and have to work on all carriers with compatible network bands.
In other words, in order to be listed as unlocked, phones must have come unlocked from the factory -- and they can't be a previously locked device that was later carrier unlocked after the contract expired.
If a phone is listed under the unlocked category but also mentions Cricket in the Carrier Compatibility section, that just means that it is specifically identified as also being compatible with Cricket
