I've been trying to contact the seller because I haven't been able to use the phone

Fingerprint sensor seems to be broken. Kind of annoying, but not enough for me to want to return the phone.

Overall good experience... after trying the phone I would like to return it though.

Phone would not hold a charge upon arrival. Was able to send back for full refund. Seller was quick to respond to inquiries.

This phone was not unlocked, but I was able to get it to work with Straighttalk. It would not work with Mint Mobile, my preferred vendor. I presume that this phone was still under contract with Straighttalk or Trak.

Seller listed the device as mint when it had a dent on the hinge and a few scratches on the front screen. Seller did ask if I wanted a return label to get a full refund however I wanted the specs on that specific phone so I asked if he would consider sending a partial refund to which he said "you already got it at a good price"...
