Very nice packaging and received on time. The phone is also great, like advertised. The only problem I had was with the screen protector, its broken, but I should have expected that to happen. Nevertheless, i'm satisfied with the product

I am not sure who is at fault in this scenario...whether it was the seller or Swappa , however, I purchased the phone for the advertised price and purchased the insurance with it. Sale goes through then I get an email stating the sale is void b/c it was incorrectly listed price wise and the phone would cost around an extra $50 but they would discount me $15 for the inconvenience. So they refund me the price of the phone, but I still have to now void my warranty which is $60. Swappa sends me a link to do this which doesn't work so I have to email the company and provide all the voided sale info and blah blah blah. Still waiting to get refund back for warranty for the phone that I did not receive b/c of a voided sale due to somebody else's mistakes which I now have to deal with the ramifications.... Super pissed right now.
