Would love it if the charging port would work.. charges for a little and then says "not charging"

The iPhone I received would not connect to a cellular network. It was only after sending the phone back that the seller informed me this model wouldn't work with Verizon. The phone was clearly advertised as "unlocked and ready for use on all carriers". It took them two weeks to inform me it wouldn't work on Verizon. Additionally the home button had some disfunction and there was a buzzing from the rear mic during recording despite being advertised as in mint condition.

I believe these were honest mistakes on the part of the seller, and they were prompt in their refund and allowed me to keep accessories sent with the original purchase. But verifying that a phone can actually be used as a phone should be their primary concern, and stating otherwise when they haven't verified is blatant false advertising.

I received my phone today and it worked fine. Tried making a call tonight and send texts and they are not going through. I get an automated message saying "This device has been blocked from network use". Used Sawppa's IMEI Blacklist checker and the IMEI is blacklisted

I will never purchase nor recommend this seller to anyone. I purchased a phone on a thursday night and paid the extra $40 for express delivery as my phone had just died on me and was beyond repair. It took them four days to respond back to me and by then I purchased another phone through swappa, My phone is the only way I can communicate with my daughter, while I am working, through an app. Plus most of my important accounts have a two step verification code sent to my phone in order for me to access them. My own fault yes, but one would think good business is keeping your customers happy with prompt responses to concerns. Swappa messaged the seller asking for a repsonce as well. The excuse was they were out of the office from Fri to tuesday. Now how was I suppose to know. The only positive thing I can say is I was refunded my money the same day they responded back. If your going to offer express shipping, you should make sure these transactions are taken care of regardless

I received my phone early but its still active on someone else account so I'm not able to activate it. Now I'm out money and a phone. Will never order from them or this site Again. And on top of that the seller hadn't responded for my refund. Horrible

Phone stopped working after three months. Screen flickers, display clolors get stuck in stipes of weird color, the whole thing glitches and goes dark for hours at a time.

ESN blocked. Seller unresponsive when e-mailed about issue.

Touch ID is broken

It saddens me to give a poor rating, but I believe its necesary for many reasons. With my purchase, the product came on time & functioned great. Two days later the phone suddenly went blank & I could not force reboot it. I then had to go to two Apple stores & ended up getting it replaced because the phone was not "recieving a charge anymore.: Because of the sudden shutdown of my phone, I didn't have a functioning phone for over a day, lost information as I couldn't back it up, & wasted time getting it fixed. I contacted Zelphone & they gave me a whopping $40 for time compensation. I understand that they did not intentionally send me a broken phone; however, I don't think that amount was appropriate for the time it took me to reolve the issue. I politely asked them to reconsider a more appropriate amount, they apologized & responded that "$40 is all they would make on the phone anyway" & "to be frank, we didn't have to give you anything". I went with them because of good ratings....

Phone was financed when it was not if you have hundreds of positives reviews and have been on this platform for a while then take the time to check a 600 dollar purchase before listing it, I understand it may have been a honest mistake as they have given me a return label and full refund, still very upset and unfortunate.
