I will never purchase nor recommend this seller to anyone. I purchased a phone on a thursday night and paid the extra $40 for express delivery as my phone had just died on me and was beyond repair. It took them four days to respond back to me and by then I purchased another phone through swappa, My phone is the only way I can communicate with my daughter, while I am working, through an app. Plus most of my important accounts have a two step verification code sent to my phone in order for me to access them. My own fault yes, but one would think good business is keeping your customers happy with prompt responses to concerns. Swappa messaged the seller asking for a repsonce as well. The excuse was they were out of the office from Fri to tuesday. Now how was I suppose to know. The only positive thing I can say is I was refunded my money the same day they responded back. If your going to offer express shipping, you should make sure these transactions are taken care of regardless
