Promising, but very disappointing in the end. The phone I purchased from this seller was defective. He agreed to a full refund including shipping and swappa fee. The phone was shipped back on January 16 and I still don't have my full refund. I have sent several messages but have not heard back since he got the phone back. I would NOT do business with this seller.
