I don't know how you are able to ship an iPad an almost $500 item in an amazon envelope, thank god it came ok. Don't be doing that in the future...

Very unsatisfied, Seller was not able to tell me the phone was unblock from Tmobile, and charged me $21.46 to refunded purchase amount

I've purchased a Note 20 Ultra 5G back in January 2022. It has never achieved 5G speeds. It also drops data constantly when driving. I tried every troubleshooting procedure from Samsung and T-Mobile - physical SIM to eSIM, dialer codes, band settings, etc. Finally today it was diagnosed with a faulty antenna and T-Mobile is replacing it through my device protection plan. Thanks for the faulty phone!!

Seller sent a phone that was SIM locked and could not be used. I returned the phone. The seller signed for the phone but no refund came through. I waited a few days then wrote asking for the refund, and was told they were "working on processing it" and that it should take 24-48 hours. Three days later, I saw that the seller had marked the sale as "failed", but still hadn't processed the refund. I wrote and asked for the refund again. I finally got it on the fourth day, a week after the item was returned. Jesus Christ, this is not a good seller.

Really annoying experience with these guys. Phone had a hardware issue and refund took forever. There was a discrepancy with the shipping label I was given for return and I had to pay for return shipping.

I was sold a prepaid phone, not a standard plan device, that died after 1 month. The seller remained adamant that it was Verizon's fault, but after nearly 2 months, verizon was able to prove that the SKU was for a prepaid phone. Do not buy from this seller.

Cancelled sale & gave an explanation that didn't make sense. When I asked for more info they never responded
