The phone arrived in perfect condition, but the delivery was in an already used Amazon package. They just left it at the door and didn't even bother to give it to someone to sign. They could easily have stolen it, for everything else good.

Neutral rating based on poor communication, and being told the item was picked up 2 days after purchase, when in reality it was not picked up until 5 days after purchase. Also, phone was not factory reset. Seller's Gmail account was still active on the phone. If I was a dishonest person, I could have really messed with him. Phone is in excellent condition and seems to be working fine.
