The laptop condition was in great shape and came with a new generic brand charger; nice it was brand new. All hardware in good working order. Item was packaged well for shipping. Laptop took almost 2 weeks to get to me, but that was because seller is new to Swappa. Hopefully next customer won't have to wait as long. I would order again from this seller since laptop quality was good.
