After a couple months of use, the iPhone I purchased died. Thinking it was a long shot, I contacted the seller via Swappa to ask if there was anything we could do. Joel generously offered to replace a faulty battery, so I sent it back and was thrilled to receive a fully functioning phone less than two weeks later. Thanks so much!

Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
