Thank you for the promptness! I was nervous about my last minute purchase, 2 weeks before moving abroad. Seller WisePhoneER confirmed and sent out the phone withing and I was able to track its arrival to myplace in such a timely manner.
The details of the phone condition were transparent and I've been extremely happy with the purchase as it was my first time using Swappa.com.

If buying from this seller, be advised that he buys broken phones, fixes, and sells them on Swappa. Seller should list devices as "refurbished" per Swappa policy, if seller admittedly replaces phones, and refurbishes them, as name implies "Wisephone ER". Notified seller of low, unbright screen within 32 days of receiving, but he refused to work with me. These are his direct words from the sale page… “I clearly state in all my posts that these are resold phones, the screens can be replaced on any of the phones. I don't check to see if the screens have been replaced because by doing so that would void any apple warranty (if there was any) on the device. Its very likely the screen is a replacement. Sorry but your way past the 14 day return policy I offer” My advice is to ask if the phone has had a screen, battery, or any other replacement, as it is obvious he is not using genuine Apple parts.

I highly recommend Wisephone. Joel stood behind his 14 day warranty and fixed a problem with the front-facing camera on the iPhone 6 I purchased that wasn't initially detected before the sale. The problem was a starburst pattern under certain lighting conditions caused by a fleck of glass. He had me ship the phone back to him, made the repair and returned it to me within a few short days. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of this sale. This is the second time I have purchased a phone through Swappa from Wisephone and I expect it won't be my last. Thanks Joel!
