The phone was in mint condition as far as the physical appearance of it,and it came with a charger cord, but no prong that plugs into the wall, it also arrived quickly however, the volume isn't very good, even though I turn it up especially when playing music it's not that loud, and it's the same when I put it on speaker when on a call. Also some of my apps such as my email and a few others will freeze and not open so I sometimes have to power off the phone and restart it. Overall I'm not sure what the problem is or the cause.

I was disappointed in the lack of response to my questions. Also, they say they include the wall plug, cable, and phone, but the reality was that the phone and cable arrived without the wall adapter. I know they're inexpensive, but... They're inexpensive. Why be cheap? I would likely choose another commercial seller next time rather than come back to purchase again. Sorry.
