I purchased an Iphone14 labeled as Mint condition, it was not that. All of the hardware and software worked with no issue. It's just there were a few groupings of multiple scratches on the screen which were very disappointing. Had they labeled it as great or excellent I would agree but the sheer number of scratches on the top half of the screen does not make me think or feel I bought a mint condition phone. Otherwise I couldn't be mad at the purchase. They packaged it safely and the included cable is appreciated. In the future I would purchase a phone you can see the actual pictures of or really trust the sellers labeling if you're wanting a mint phone. Thanks

Item was not in mint condition; had some scuffs on the back of device. Shipment speed and quality were good.

I just received this item today and there are micro-scratches all over the front of the device. It most certainly is not "mint" ... I'm not sure I would consider this "good". It came shipped wrapped in bubble wrap, in a lightweight box, that was then in a shipping envelope. The only padding was the bubble wrap bag it was in. I'm honestly surprised it powered on.

There was also an asset tag left on the device (that was supposedly professionally cleaned according to the listing), and the power cable that was sent is incompatible with the device. The device takes USB C, and I was shipped a thunderbolt cable and generic 3rd party power brick.

Avoid this seller.
