Received a supposedly "mint" condition phone that was completely unusable due to the microphone not working on calls, and the battery being only capable of a 69% charge. Either the phone was not tested at all before selling, or it was tested and knowingly falsely listed - either way this seller is fraudulent. Upon reporting the problem, the seller said all they could do was provide a 10% discount, which is laughable considering there would be $130 worth of repairs before I can even make a call on the phone - and $210 worth of repairs before it had a decent battery. Completely unsatisfied with this seller and will never buy from them again. Seller did offer to allow a return for a full refund, but the hassle and time I have put into transferring my old phone over, troubleshooting this one, taking it to the apple store for diagnosis, corresponding with the seller (who was not timely in their responses)...just not what a buyer should expect when purposely choosing "mint" condition listing
Phone shipped quickly. It is in mint condition, exactly as described in the listing. Good seller!
The phone was not listed with a scratch in the screen it was listed as good. Took so many messages, days and involving swappa for a response and gave me a $23 refund on a $230 phone. Do not recommend this seller!

Arrived within a week of ordering. Ordered S20 FE from seller, received a S20. The seller offered a partial refund if I kept the device. I decided to keep the device. Would buy from again.

Phone listed as Mint but had very noticeable screen burn and was supposed to be Unlocked but it was a Sprint device and unusable for Verizon. After a lot of messages back and forth.... Just thankful for the eventual refund. Sheesh!

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
